Rather Quiet Grand Opening

Spending my last few evenings setting up an Etsy shop has been a fun experience. The platform is so simple and easy to use, I really like it. Setting up the shop was the simple part. Learning, or trying to learn, to take product photos and actually getting product prepared is the hard part with two little ones and a day (which often turns into evening to) job. Now that Cedar House Sews is up on Etsy I find myself checking up on my "shop stats" often. The stats record page views and "favorites" from people who visit my shop. I smile a little and my heart swells a bit every time someone favorites an item of mine. It validates my choice in the design elements, colours, and textures. I hope the items I create brighten people's day just a little bit. We could all use more colour and personality in our lives! Hope you will check out my shop. Is anyone else new to Etsy or a veteran of the online marketplace. Share your shop so I can see what you're up to. I love seeing what others like to create.
